My CRM — Privacy Policy

What this is

My CRM (including its Chrome extension) is a private, single-purpose tool built for Chiranjivee Rathore's own use at Consciousverse. It is not a public product and is not distributed to the general public.

What the extension reads

When you are on a public LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram profile page, the extension reads information already visible on that page: the person's name, headline/bio, username, and the profile URL. It never reads anything on pages other than linkedin.com, facebook.com, and instagram.com, and never reads content on a page that isn't a public profile page (it does not activate on feeds, search results, or other users' private content).

What it sends, and where

The only place any data goes is this application's own server, at https://crm.chiranjivee.click, authenticated with a private key the extension stores locally. That data is: the profile information described above, and a record of what interaction you explicitly confirmed (for example, clicking "I commented" or "I sent a message" after doing so yourself). Nothing is ever sent to any other server, company, or third party.

What it never does

• Never reads passwords, payment information, or session cookies.
• Never reads private messages, DMs, or any non-public content.
• Never posts, comments, sends a message, or sends a connection request on your behalf. Every action on the real platform is performed by the person using the extension, by hand.
• Never shows ads, runs analytics, or tracks browsing activity outside the three supported sites.
• Never sells, rents, or shares any data with any third party, for any purpose.

Data retention

Data captured through the extension is stored in the My CRM database for as long as the account that owns it chooses to keep it, and can be deleted directly from the database at any time.
